Consumer Behavior – Millennials: A 2019 market survey conducted by AlixPartners found that among the demographics, millennials aged between 18-34 are the most concerned about organic and natural beauty products. This group revealed that they want products that are sourced following ethical and environmental standards.

Consumer Gender Trends: In a 2014 survey conducted by Kantar Worldpanel, 32 percent of the respondents reported that they prefer natural and organic personal care products. When divided in terms of gender, this represented 38 percent of women and 25 percent of men, all above the age of 13.
